For teaching, the demo is open with a sample building and nobody needs to sign up. And any student or instructor who already manages a real association can use the full plan at no cost.

1 · For class: the open demo
A sample building with its units, residents, charges, requests and meetings already loaded. You get in from os.adonait.com with a username and password shown right on the page: no form, no card, and no account to create for each student. Each of them can look at it from whichever profile they choose — manager, owner, employee, vendor or resident — and see the screen change with who signs in.
It is a made-up building: nothing a student types there reaches a real person.
2 · For those already managing: the full plan
