What we do

  • ·We keep your profile on hand for when a building that uses Property OS asks for someone.
  • ·We give you the open demo so you can practise on the console as often as you like.
  • ·We email you if a building comes up looking for a profile like yours.
  • ·Registering is free, and we charge you nothing — not now and not if you get the job.

What we do NOT do

  • ·We do not promise a job, interviews, or a timeline: the building hires and decides on its own.
  • ·We are not an employment or placement agency, and we do not represent you to anyone.
  • ·We do not publish your profile openly on the internet and we do not sell it.
  • ·We do not charge you to register, and we do not pay you for recommending another manager either.
  • ·We do not advise on your license: check that with the DBPR or with your school.

At os.adonait.com there is a sample building with its units, residents, money and requests already loaded. You get in with a username and password shown right on the page, without filling in any form, and you can look at it from whichever profile applies: manager, owner, employee, vendor or resident.

The demo is a made-up building: nothing you type there reaches a real person.

What is worth telling us

  • ·Your name, your city and which areas of South Florida you can work in.
  • ·Your CAM license, if you hold one, and since when. If you are still studying, say so: you can register too.
  • ·What you have managed: condominium, HOA, multifamily rental, and how many units.
  • ·Which languages you can serve residents in.
  • ·Which systems you have worked with before, if any.
